I though I was gonna die sitting in front of the computer, waiting for the 1500 files to upload. It’s odd that every once a while, the upload get hung up for some reason. I adjusted the simultaneous transfer from 2 to 1 to 3 to 1…but the problem persisted. Eventually,  an hour later, I said “Forget it!” and set the number to 10!!  Now it’s flying!

Just shoot me!

Then, when Gallery2 was installing, it reported 75 unmatching files then then hung on the install core part. I reinstalled it and got the same error. I thought the problem was from the unmatching files. Fortunately, Filezilla kept a queue of failed files, so I moved them back to the active queue and uploaded again. But 30% of them kept failing so I had to repeat that process 10 times!!! A couple of files, I had to delete the copy on the server to have a fresh version! There went another hour!!
