So, I received the music book in the mail today and I opened it … and it is sheet music…

I can only say I am dumbfounded. However, the more dumbfounding thing is the fact that I am dumbfounded at all. What was I expecting when I ordered a music book? Words with numbers? Of course it’s sheet music!

I guess I just wasn’t prepared at all. Now looking at this gigantic book full of scribbling ET symbols, I am wondering what I am going to do… Learn sheet music which I hated in middle school? What am I getting myself into?

Somebody give me a whack on the head…
