It is a movie written and directed by Barry Levinson. How did I find it? I was reading a guide book for new people coming to LA and it said “if you want to know what Hollywood is really like, watch the movie” So I did.  It’s a rather unique movie. No glamor, no intense action, no explosion, but a real person, a normal insignificant person’s life.

The dark humor comes when he couldn’t even have a glorious death. There is hope though. At the end, he finally made a name and a movie out of himself because he went all out.
